There will be a combination of meditation practices such as mindfulness, mantras and yoga. Nourishment for mind body and spirit practices and exercising your extra sensory abilities in energy readings.

This workshop will push you further out of your comfort zone in order to bring a balance of more life force energy and spiritual growth into your life. A continuum of healing.

Class 5. Raw Foods-Plant food diet. The physical temple and raising your frequency.

Class 6. Chi energy talk and practice

Class 7. Subtle bodies-chakras. Recognising emotions and feelings.

Class 8. Mantras.

Mantra exercise. Stillness work. Creating your Mantra.

Meditation. Mantra exercise.

Class 9 Coffee Cup Reading.

Practice energy reading.

Class 10 Hypnotherapy Healing.

Rebalancing The Chakras and Cord dissolving ceremony.
