We at Shekinah3 are very excited to introduce our new education, tailored exclusively for the luminous Indigo and Starseed children. They represent the dawn of a new era, beckoning for our guidance and nurturing as they embark on a journey to harmonize their extrasensory gifts and sensitivities in a world still learning to embrace their brilliance.

Intention: Our intention is to provide a sacred haven where your child can authentically create their own identity through self-love, self-acceptance, and a strong sense of self-worth. With a team of qualified professionals in Children's Services, we prioritise your child's self-care and needs within our Healing Sanctuary of Shekinah3. As fully trained Healers, Holistic Therapists, and experienced Spiritual Teachers, we are dedicated to guiding and sharing our knowledge with children of Rays of Light, often referred to as Indigo, Crystals, Rainbows, and Diamond Rays. These special children are supported with wonderful opportunities to Explore, Embrace, and Enhance their authentic selves.

What We Lovingly Offer:

Creative Visualisation: Using music, playtime, and dance-movement, we encourage self-expression, establish healthy boundaries, and promote self-care practices. Modalities include Sound Frequency Healing, Somatic Experiencing, and collaborative learning.
Intuitive Artwork and Crafting: We guide Rays of Light in connecting with their feelings through creative expression. Activities include painting, drawing, clay work, and crafting projects. This therapeutic approach facilitates positive change and the establishment of one's passion in life.

Our nurturing program embraces the complete well-being of your cherished child – tending to their mind, body, and spirit with utmost tenderness.

Children's Yoga: Through gentle movements, mindful breathing, and serene relaxation, we guide children towards a profound inner calm. Our yoga practice instils strength, flexibility, and emotional equilibrium, empowering each child to embark on their unique spiritual journey with grace.
Donna Eden Energy Medicine Practice: This transformative practice gently taps into the body's energy systems, kindling the flames of healing and harmony. With simple, yet profoundly effective techniques, children learn to harmonise their energy, creating a foundation of vitality and holistic well-being.
BreathWork: Through the magic of conscious breathing, children are invited to connect with their own inner life force. This intimate journey with the breath fosters an expanded awareness of their essence and a deeper sense of belonging in this world.

In addition to these practices, we hold sacred space for reflection and expression. We honour and value the rich tapestry of feelings and emotions within each child's heart. These precious conversations unfold in a collective group setting, often in the form of playful games. Here, every child feels cradled and secure, freely expressing their authentic thoughts and emotions. This tender process not only nurtures emotional intelligence but also fosters a profound sense of trust and belonging within the group.

Channelling: Techniques to strengthen and support unique channelling methods. This practice involves exploration, communication, and extra-sensory sensing modalities, fostering spiritual growth and self-understanding.
Pachamama Play: Immersion in nature and its elements, learning about Earthing, sacred elements, and connecting with plants, herbs, trees, crystals, animals, and more. This practice encourages mindfulness, channelling, and a deep bond with the natural world.
Spiritually Based Eating Plan: Our program places a strong emphasis on nurturing the body through a spiritually based eating plan. We believe that our health and wellness are intricately connected to our Pachamama (Mother Earth) and our Universal Mother. As spiritual teachers and wayshowers of the world, instilling this value is paramount to our mission.
Children will be introduced to a plant-based diet, where they will not only learn about the importance of nourishing their bodies with high vibrational foods but also gain practical culinary skills. They will have the opportunity to cook their own food in our dedicated kitchen facility at Shekinah3. We provide morning snacks, a nutritious lunch, and an afternoon snack to ensure that every child's dietary needs are met with care and consideration.
Additionally, we encourage children to use their hands to connect with the food they eat. This sensory touch is an integral part of the mind and heart connection, instilling mindful conscious eating habits that will serve them throughout their lives.

Communication and Community:

At Shekinah3 Rays of Light, we believe in fostering a strong and supportive community between parents, teachers, and the Rays of Light themselves.

We have a dedicated WhatsApp group labelled "Shekinah3 Rays of Light" where parents and teachers come together for open communication. In this group, we share important updates about upcoming events, excursions, and any homework assignments. Additionally, we provide live sessions and share photos to keep everyone connected with the vibrant learning journey of the Rays of Light.
